The company is already operating at 100% capacity utilization at its 73000 spindles Cotton Yarn Spinning Mill situated at Himatnagar in Gujarat.

The company has been in the business of exporting Cotton Yarn to more than 40 countries all around the globe since last 12 years. Enthused with post WTO era, the company has decided to set up a new green field project by setting up of 30000 Spindles of Cotton Yarn Spinning Mill either adjacent to the present Cotton Yarn Mill at Himatnagar in Gujarat .

The Cotton Yarn Mill would be fully air conditioned plant with the capacity of 30000 spindles with latest technology fully automatic plant from renowned textile machinery manufacturers like Rieter, Murata, Lakshmi Machine works.

The total project cost for this plant would be in the proximity of Rs. 110 Crores including the cost of setting of captive power required.

The Mill would be set up with Gas based power / Furnace oil power Generation.
