M/s Jupiter Biotech Ltd (JBL) has been amalgamated with M/s Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd (GAEL) by the order of the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court vide its order dated 02/12/2003 which received on 23/12/2003 and for every 1 Equity Shares of JBL 1 Equity Shares of GAEL is given on exchange.
The Shareholders can exchange their Equity Shares of GAPL, GACL (also known as Ambuja Foods Ltd) and JBL (also known as Gujarat Vita Pharma Ltd) by sending the same to the Company at its Registered office or at the Address of Share Transfer Agent (Jupiter Corporate Services Ltd.)
