Responsible for HR and administrative functions of the Unit. It includes HR policy forming, recruitment process, retaining man power, salary processing, PF, ESIC and all statutory dues payment, liaison with Factory Inspector, Industrial Commissioner, PF and ESIC Authority and other Government and Semi Government Authority etc. Looking after general administration of the Company
Fluency in English and Marathi communication, dedicated, discreet , Should have leadership , managerial and administrative command.
Knowledge and experience to deal with various labour issues and knowledge of Factories Act, Industrial Dispute Act and Other labour Laws
