What is the difference between dalda and desi ghee?

Dalda is a brand that makes vanaspati, it’s hydrogenated vegetable oil usually palm oil (as you see a palm tree in the company logo). It’s very high in trans fat and it’s suggested that you totally avoid it. Vanaspati and Margarine, totally avoid.

Ghee, on the other hand, is like a boon to us (if you get the unadulterated one). It has many medicinal and health benefits. We use ghee from birth to death, for rich food to food for sick, in rituals and marriages, ghee is amazing. You can have 2–3 tsp of ghee every day without any issue (depending on your lifestyle).
