How we use your information Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited collects the company name, folio number or DP/Client ID, certificate number, PAN number, mobile number, e-mail address and the identity documents you upload (PAN card and Aadhaar / passport / share certificate) solely to verify your shareholding and to register your e-mail address for service of annual reports, notices and other shareholder communications. This is required under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Your identity documents are sent only to our Company Secretary and are not shared with any marketing or lead system. Shareholder records are retained for 8 years, or longer where the law requires.
