Mr. Manish Vijaykumar Gupta, aged 51 years, is a young and dynamic entrepreneur with extensive managerial experience spanning over 30 years. He joined the Company as a Director on 21st August 1991. As one of the promoters and key contributors to the growth and development of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited, he has played a pivotal role in its success. A skilled executor of the Company’s mission and vision, he possesses in-depth knowledge of agro-products markets and the international market. He excels in driving growth through improved productivity, cost control, large-scale operations, and consistent quality enhancement.

Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, aged 51 years is a Commerce Graduate and MBA. He is associated as Director with the Company since 1995. Presently he is Whole-Time Director of the Company. He possesses varied and rich experience of more than 32 years.

Mrs. Sulochana Vijaykumar Gupta, aged 69 years, is an industrialist and promoter of the Company and possesses rich experience of more than 43 years. She joined the Company as Director w.e.f. 21st August, 1991. She supervises and monitors the administrative functions of the Company. She also actively contributes in the policy decisions of the Company.

Mr. Shreyaan Manish Gupta, aged 25 years, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management with Finance from the University of Warwick. He joined the Company in November 2021 and has since gained extensive hands-on experience across key business functions. He has been actively involved in project implementation, financial management, procurement of raw materials, operation management, export and domestic sales, as well as marketing and branding initiatives. His comprehensive exposure to operational and commercial areas has enabled him to develop a well-rounded understanding of the Company’s business model, processes, and strategic direction.

Mr. Sudhin Choksey, a Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from Sydenham College, has 44 years of experience, specializing in mortgage finance. As CEO of GRUH Finance, he led its merger with Bandhan Bank, where he oversaw housing finance until 2021. Currently an Independent Director, he was honored with the Business Leader – Financial Services award in 2015 by the ICAI.

Mr. Dukhabandhu Rath is a seasoned banking professional with nearly four decades of experience in the Indian banking industry. He served over 36 years with the State Bank of India, retiring as Chief General Manager, where he headed operations across Gujarat and three Union Territories. His expertise spans corporate, SME and retail credit, risk management, audit, compliance, digitization, strategic planning, and resource mobilization.

He later served as Managing Director of Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL), successfully leading fund mobilization initiatives and establishing new venture funds. A recognized industry leader, he has been a speaker at national and international banking forums, an Advisor to the Banking and Finance Committee of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a visiting faculty at the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune.

Mr. Rath holds degrees in Political Science and Economics, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. His deep financial acumen and strategic vision continue to contribute to organizational growth and governance excellence.

Mr. Yogesh Ghanshyambhai Shah started his professional career with Deloitte and worked his entire career with Deloitte for more than 40 years. He was a Partner based at Ahmedabad leading Deloitte Tax practice in the State of Gujarat for more than 20 years. He has served number of listed government and non-government companies as well as domestic companies in the private and public sector and MNCs. He has over 40 years’ experience in Auditing, International, Domestic Tax and Transfer Pricing including structuring cross-border transactions besides handling compliance and regulatory matters. He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant in the field of taxation for advisory, litigation and also in succession planning. He is actively associated in professional activities by contributing columns, articles in professional journals and lectures in seminars. He is also associated with professional bodies and served at various levels. He is recognized as Gem of Profession by Ahmedabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ms. Gauri Trivedi is a distinguished former IAS officer with over 25 years of experience in public administration, corporate governance, and academia. She serves as Advisor to Sanskardham and is a Board Member of leading companies, including Adani Total Gas, Adani Airport Holdings, The Sandesh Group, and Nikhil Adhesives.

A Ph.D. holder with advanced degrees from JNU and IIM Bangalore, she has extensive expertise in public policy, governance, and strategic management. Ms. Trivedi has held senior government roles such as Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, and Secretary to the Governor of Karnataka, and has also served as Vice President at Reliance Retail.

She is a guest faculty at premier institutes including IIMs, SPIPA, and CEPT Ahmedabad, and contributes to the governing bodies of NTPC School of Business and Bhaikaka University, among others. Her multifaceted career reflects outstanding leadership, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to nation-building and knowledge sharing.
