Special Window for Transfer & Dematerialisation of Physical Securities

Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No.: HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 ("SEBI Circular"), Shareholders are informed that a one-time Special Window has been opened for transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities which were sold or purchased prior to 01st April 2019.

Effective Period: 05th February 2026 to 04th February 2027

  • Applicable only to eligible cases as defined under the SEBI Circular
  • All securities submitted for transfer will be processed exclusively in demat mode
